In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” -Acts 20:35

If you would like to donate some prizes, please drop them off in the box “Bingo Prizes” outside of the church office. Thank you for helping to keep the Virginia Home residents engaged and encouraged!

Newspapers / Recycling (Ongoing)
Monument Heights is collecting newspapers, magazines, and old phone books for recycling. Recyling these items helps provide money to financially support our missionaries in their field of work or any other mission project that needs assistance. This project goes on all year long, so don’t wait. Bring in your papers and magazines today and it will really make a difference!
**Newspapers and magazines can be dropped off in the box outside of the front office or put in the Missions Recycling Dumpster in the parking lot.
Food Collection (Ongoing)
We are collecting non-perishable food items for the Lamb’s Basket to give to Henrico County families in need. As we collect food donations, we also organize food into a grocery bag in our own Food Pantry to feed a family of four. If you can bring a few items off of the list it would be greatly appreciated by all. We are collecting food all year round for this cause.
Did you know, if you buy just one item a week, by the end of the year you could feed a family of four for an entire week?
Thank you for donating to such a wonderful cause! Jesus said in Matthew 25, “Anything you did for one of my brothers here, however humble, you did for me.” (NEB)
